Elaine Clayton
Though my work has been mostly figurative, my paintings have evolved into abstractions within the theme of Trouble in Paradise. I am using and incorporating the mystical elements of the Hebrew letters of the alephbet, currently using the letter Shin, which symbolizes the eternal flame existing in all forms of life.
