The public is invited to view an exhibit by Art/Place members at the Mayor’s Gallery in Stamford. The show runs from October 16 to December 15, 2025, with a reception on October 23 at 4:30 to 6 pm. The gallery is in the Government Center at 888 Washington Boulevard on the 10th floor. The City of Stamford gives emerging and professional artists an opportunity to be in six annual exhibits here. Art/Place was founded in 1981 as a non-profit organization for existing area artists, and has been based in several Fairfield locations until now. Currently without a fixed gallery home, the members are delighted to be able to show in this lovely space. This exhibit includes work by most of the members in a variety of mediums, sizes, and themes.
